19th Korean Music Awards 2022: Results And Winners

The Korean Music Awards is an award show that celebrates Korean artists across various genres from K-Pop to folk music, rock music, and more. It is not based on sales records but on musical excellence and celebrating the artists who have achieved that.

The Korean Music Awards kicked off on a high note to celebrate the achievements of Korea’s musical stars and multiple awards were handed out at the ceremony on Mar.1. Some of the biggest names in the industry also took home trophies of honor.

Artists such as aespa and IU took away more than one prize at the Korean Music Awards and BTS was dubbed artist of the year. Other K-Pop acts that walked away with prizes include ChungHa and AKMU.
