The movie brought back villains like Dr. Otto Octopus, Green Goblin, Sandman & Electro. Doc Ock is one of the most beloved and famous villains of the Spiderman films.
Recently Alfred Molina who plays the popular villain Dr. Otto Octopus revealed the trouble he got into after returning to the franchise. As Marvel fans know, the one strict rules of the franchise is to “NOT GIVE ANY SPOILERS” in front of anyone. Although many MCU actors have gotten into this trouble for accidentally spoiling the movie. Alfred too had faced this situation during Spiderman: No Way Home.
Recently in a conversation with Radio Times, the Spiderman villain reveals how he spoiled the news of his return. He says, “I got into a bit of trouble over the last iteration because I happened to let the cat out of the bag quite innocently. Just accidentally, I was talking to a journalist who said, ‘So, you know, how’s the Spider-Man movie going?’ And I went, ‘Oh, great thanks.”
The next day his “Doc Ock Return” news was in the headlines. He says An outlet named Variety made news like “‘Alfred Molina reveals Doc-Ock returns’.”
Further, he adds,” I got into such trouble. I was getting phone calls from Amy Pascal, Kevin Feige was on the red carpet somewhere and somebody asked him about some Marvel movie and apparently he got a bit snippy and turned around and said, ‘Ask Alfred Molina’.”
