Badhaai Do Age Rating
The film’s rating according to IMD is 5.9 out of 10. Now to give a short review about the movie, Apart from the poor funny parts, the tale has a serious problem with the development of supporting characters. As an industry, we’ve always had a hard time writing characters who identify as LGBTQIA. Though RajKummar and Bhumi’s characters are well-developed in terms of emotions and drama, their co-stars are similarly discarded. The character growth of Chum Darang’s Rimjhim is bland, since the writers fail to make her offer any depth to the story.
RajKummar Rao does an excellent job of elevating even the most mundane phrases to a level that would pique your interest. He is able to stand out from the shoddy execution due to his exceptional talent. As Sumi, Bhumi Pednekar is perfect, and her presence aids in the slow boat’s navigation. She’s just as good in each scenario as she was in the first.
