Chris Hemsworth Thinks Thor’s Story Will Come To An End In His Next MCU Appearance

Looks like the remaining OG Avengers will soon say goodbye to the MCU. As we all know Natasha Romanoff, Tony Stark & Captain America’s story ended with Avengers: Endgame. Now only three OGs are left that’s Thor, Hawkeye & Hulk. But seems like the God Of Thunder’s story will also soon come to an end with one more sequel.

Chris Hemsworth plays the character of Thor and it’s one of the most loved characters in the MCU. He is the only lucky Avenger to get a fourth sequel. The sequel was named “Thor: Love & Thunder”. But by the end of the movie, we get to see one line which suggests ” Thor Will Return”, which means there are chances of him getting the fifth movie.

Even if he didn’t get another sequel, there are chances of Thor appearing in the Avengers movie which is taking place in Phase 6 of the MCU. Chris Hemsworth recently did an interview where he spoke about Thor Odinson’s future. Let’s have a look at what he has to say.

Thor May Die In Another Sequel?

In a conversation with Vanity Fair, Chris Hemsworth said that Marvel had to put an end to his character’s story in the MCU if he appears once again. This is Hemsworth’s own opinion where he feels that Thor’s story will conclude in the next sequel. He also said that he is always open to exploring “if there is something unique and fresh to do with the character.” He is grateful for this experience and how it enables him to do something different every time.

“Yeah, for sure. I feel like we’d probably have to close the book if I ever did it again, you know what I mean? I feel like it probably warrants that. I feel like it’d probably be the finale, but that’s not based on anything anyone’s told me or any sort of plans. You have this birth of a hero, the journey of a hero, then the death of a hero, and I don’t know—am I at that stage? Who knows?”
