Due To A Scheduling Conflict, Sasha Banks And Naomi Won’t Be Able To Attend The Vulture Festival

According to the event’s organisers, Sasha Banks and Naomi have been pulled from the upcoming Vulture Festival due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict. The organisers of the pop culture festival sent the following notification to fans who had bought tickets to see the former WWE Superstars in individual on Thursday.

“Mercedes Varnado and Trinity Fatu will be unable to attend their event on Saturday, November 12th at 8 p.m. due to an unforeseen scheduling conflict. We will automatically refund your purchase, and please reply to this email if you would like to exchange for another Vulture Festival ticket. We appreciate your patience.”

Vulture Festival announced last week that fans would be able to “just vibe for like a 60 minutes” in the presence of Banks and Naomi, as the wrestlers reflected on “some of their favourite memories, played some games, and maybe even did a little dancing.” Fans on social media think Banks and Naomi’s absence from the event is directly related to their rumoured WWE comeback. As previously reported, Banks was backstage at a WWE house show in Mexico City last weekend. Her first appearance at a WWE event since her infamous walkout on May 16.

WWE and Banks’ relationship

As per Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, Banks’ attendance at a WWE event was a clear indication that the WWE and Banks’ relationship isn’t strained right now. Banks and Naomi were also sighted with many WWE Superstars at the Black Panther: Wakanda Forever premiere in Los Angeles last week.

Sasha Banks and Naomi have not been seen in the wrestling world since walking out of a WWE Raw taping on May 16, abdicating their Women’s Tag Team Championships in the procedure. Since then, the two have appeared together loads of times, whether it be at signings, press conferences, or even on the catwalk, but they have reunited with several other WWE Superstars this week.

Sasha Banks, who got to play Koska Reeves in Disney+’s The Mandalorian, had the opportunity to incorporate elements from the wrestling world into her fight with Boba Fett. She hit a DDT in the scene, but she revealed that the original plan was for me to do an arm drag or a chokehold takeover. I was just going to look at the pillar up the wall and Boba, and I was thinking, I think I can do something better, she explained.
