Euphoria is an American teen drama television series created and written by Sam Levinson for HBO. It is partially based on Ron Leshem and Daphna Levin’s Israeli television drama of the same name. The show follows a group of high school teenagers dealing with issues such as identity, trauma, drugs, friendships, love, and sex. It stars Maude Apatow, Angus Cloud, Eric Dane, Alexa Demie, Jacob Elordi, Barbie Ferreira, Nika King, Storm Reid, Hunter Schafer, Algee Smith, Sydney Sweeney, Colman Domingo, Javon “Wanna” Walton, Austin Abrams, and Dominic Fike, as well as Zendaya, who also serves as the series’ narrator.
The series debuted on June 16, 2019. The series was revived for a second season in July 2019, with two one-hour specials airing in December 2020 and January 2021. On January 9, 2022, the second season premiered. The series got extended for a third season in February 2022.
