Super Junior’s Choi Siwon Breaks Down Crying At Hospital In “Love Is For Suckers”

ENA’s “Love is for Suckers” has shared an emotional sneak peek of its upcoming episode!

“Love is for Suckers” is a romantic comedy starring Lee Da Hee and Super Junior’s Choi Siwon as two best friends who have known each other for 20 years. When they meet as the producing director (PD) and a cast member of a reality dating show, they unexpectedly begin to develop romantic feelings for one another.

Previously on “Love is for Suckers,” the first episode of Goo Yeo Reum (Lee Da Hee)’s new dating reality show—on which Park Jae Hoon (Choi Siwon) is a contestant—finally aired. Afterwards, rumors began swirling that the reason Park Jae Hoon quit neurosurgery was because he’d been responsible for an accident at the hospital.

In newly released stills from the drama’s next episode, Park Jae Hoon collapses after being overwhelmed by a sudden whirlwind of sorrow. His mother Kim Nan Hee (Moon Hee Kyung) and younger sister Park Hyun So (Jang Seo Yeon) come to the hospital where he works, and the moment they see him, they break down sobbing in his arms.

Although Park Jae Hoon tries his best to maintain his composure as he comforts his family, he soon finds himself too caught up in emotion to do so. Eventually, the surgeon bursts into tears as he falls to his knees crying next to a hospital bed.

Praising Choi Siwon’s acting, the producers of the drama remarked, “Choi Siwon completely immersed himself in the character of Park Jae Hoon and this unbelievably tragic situation, and he pulled off this scene flawlessly.”

They went on to add, “Please look forward to today’s episode of ‘Love is for Suckers,’ in which you’ll be able to see the essence of Choi Siwon’s explosive acting.”

The next episode of “Love is for Suckers” airs on November 9 at 9 p.m.
